What is the meaning of each order status?
- Order received: This status means the order has been successfully completed on the website.

- Order shipped: Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, a confirmation email with the Tracking Number for delivery will be sent to you.
- Order returned: This status indicates that the order was returned successfully and the return process is complete.
- Order canceled: If your order has been cancelled, you will receive an automatic email notifying you of the cancellation.
- Order on hold: This status means your order is on hold, which could be due to backordering or other reasons.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the package according to our Return Policy.
Can I modify my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified. You can modify your order information within 1-3 days of confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted on Kuranami.com?

Why can't I complete my order?

Why has my order been cancelled?
There could be more than one reason why your order has been cancelled. For example, the products may be out of stock, or there may be an error in the shipping or billing address. In most cases, an order is canceled due to a sudden unavailability of products when the order is fulfilled. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

Currently, we only offer free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days. All orders are shipped with free postage.
Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.
Can I send my order to a different location from the country site in which I completed my order?
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which the order was placed. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please ensure you select the correct country site for your order by using the link in the footer of every page.
Can I choose a delivery date/hour?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
When will my order be shipped?
