Shipping Insurance Policy
To ensure your shopping experience, we offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Insured Shipping. Below is the detailed policy on shipping insurance, designed to help you understand how to protect your products and deal with potential risks.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (Rabbit Express): This option is provided free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 days. It does not include shipping insurance.
- Insured Shipping (Rabbit Express Security): This option costs $4, and you will be covered by shipping insurance. The details of the insurance coverage are provided below.
Shipping Insurance Coverage
When you choose the Insured Shipping option (Rabbit Express Security), you will be covered by the following protections:
- Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, the insurance will reimburse up to 10% of the product's purchase cost.
- Additional Fees: If there are additional charges during the shipping process (such as malicious charges by the courier, customs duties, or extra shipping fees), the insurance will cover up to 15% of the fees.
- Loss: If the product is lost during shipping, the insurance will reimburse up to 20% of the product's purchase cost, including the product price.
Exclusions from Insurance
Please note that the shipping insurance does not apply in the following situations:
- Intentional Damage: If the product is damaged due to the customer's intentional actions, misuse, or improper use, the insurance will not provide compensation.
- False Claims: If the customer falsely claims that they have not received the product or intentionally damages the product, insurance will not provide compensation, and legal actions may be taken.
- Unforeseen Causes: Damage, loss, or increased costs caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, etc.) may result in a decision by the insurance company to deny compensation, depending on the situation.
Claims Procedure
If your product is damaged, lost, or you experience other issues during shipping, you can follow these steps to file a claim:
- Provide Evidence: Please provide photos or videos of the damaged product, or tracking information if the product is lost. All evidence must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Fill out a Claim Form: Submit a claim application through our customer service center, including your order number, product details of the damage or loss, and supporting evidence.
- Claims Review: We will review your application and confirm if it meets the insurance terms. If it qualifies, we will process your claim within 30 business days.
Liabilities and Limitations
We will compensate based on the insurance terms and the evidence provided. The compensation amount will be determined according to the current situation, but it will not exceed the maximum reimbursement limit specified by the insurance policy.
Any other costs or liabilities arising during the shipping process, unless specifically stated, are not covered by the insurance.
Customer Obligations and Responsibilities
Upon receiving the product, customers must promptly check the product's condition and completeness. If there is any visible damage, please contact customer service immediately and provide relevant evidence.
Customers must ensure that they provide correct shipping information. If the product cannot be delivered or additional fees are incurred due to the customer providing incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
If the customer does not follow the proper procedures for signing for the product or refuses to accept the product, it may affect the insurance compensation.
Legal Statement
This shipping insurance policy is valid to the extent permitted by law. Any false claims or malicious behavior will void the insurance and may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to take appropriate action upon discovering fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to canceling orders, denying compensation, and pursuing legal responsibility.
