How is the shipping fee?
We offer two shipping options: Rabbit Express (free, no insurance) and Rabbit Express Security (4 USD, with insurance). Rabbit Express Security covers: up to 10% for damage, up to 15% for additional costs, and up to 20% for loss. Insurance does not cover intentional damage or false claims. Please provide evidence and submit a claim within 7 days. Compensation will not exceed the limit, and fraudulent behavior will result in the cancellation of insurance.

How long will it take to get my package?
The packaging time is estimated to be between 1-3 business days. When the package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email.
